What information do I need to provide in order to receive a quote?
We love helping our customers find the perfect event for their needs! Before sending you a proposal, we like to schedule a quick call or video call to get to know you, understand your needs, and see how we can support you during this process. This call usually takes about 10-15 minutes. After the call, we’ll send you a questionnaire that will help us create a custom quote just for you! We’d love to chat with you! I wrote to ask for information and have not received a reply, what do I do?
We know you’re excited about your wedding and want to know everything about it as soon as possible. We’ll try to send the proposal in an average of one to two days, but remember that we’ll need to negotiate with suppliers and much depends on their response. Can I hire Weddings Huatulco only to help me create my wedding day itinerary?
Absolutely! We always recommend our Wedding Planner service, but we understand that your budget might not allow for that. Don’t worry, though! We’re here to help. We offer personalized consulting sessions and can help you hire suppliers and locations (with our exclusive agreements) if you’re interested. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like more information.
How far in advance should I reserve the date of my event?
Huatulco Bay is a gorgeous spot that’s becoming more and more popular with couples looking to celebrate love. It’s a truly magical place, so we’d highly recommend booking at least a year in advance. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to choose the perfect location and catering, and you won’t have to compete with other couples for the best spots! If you’re short on time, don’t stress! Don’t worry! We’ll look for available options for the requested date.
What payment methods are available?
We accept:
- Bank transfers
- Deposits by check
- Credit card payments
- PayPal
- And cash, either at our offices or via ATM withdrawal.

Do I have to pay the total amount of the wedding when I hire them?
Don’t worry, there’s no need to cover the total amount from the beginning. We’re happy to reserve your spot with an advance payment of just 25% of the cost of the event! You can pay the rest in different installments, whatever works best for you. We kindly ask that the total amount be paid in full at least 15 days before the event.
Can I attend an event coordinated by Weddings Huatulco?
Absolutely! We would love to welcome you to one of our events so you can see firsthand how we work!
What locations do you offer for the reception?
We’re so excited to tell you about all the amazing places we have lined up for you in Huatulco! We have fantastic agreements with all the luxury and 5-star hotels, as well as private homes, villas, and gardens with gorgeous ocean views. Plus, we’ve got beach clubs and some locations outside Huatulco that we think you’ll love. We’re independent, so we can show you all the ins and outs of each location. We’d love to show you around! If I contact a hotel directly, will they offer me the same rates as you?
Yes, however, we have better benefits for being a «frequent customer» of theirs. Also, keep in mind that the packages offered by the hotels cannot be customized.
Do you coordinate weddings outside of Huatulco Bays?
